Good account, slow bonus payout
I opened a Top-Girokonto last month because of the offer for the 120 Euro Prämie. The account itself is really good, very straightforward online banking and the Debitkarte arrived quickly. Setting it up via VideoIdent was surprisingly easy. My only minor complaint is that the bonus hasn't been paid out yet, even though I met all the requirements a couple of weeks ago. I get that it takes time, but quicker processing for bonuses would be nice.
